Senator Emmanuel Ibok Essien is the Chairman of Board of Governors of Ritman College/Day School. He is from Ikot Abia Idem, Ikot Ekpene. A graduate of Carleton University Ottawa, Canada; a registered engineer with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and member, Nigeria Society of Engineers. His specializations are Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering. Senator Emmanuel Ibok Essien is vastly experienced. He served as Acting Director of Works and Services, Federal Polytechnic Mubi, Adamawa State; Managing Director/ Chief Executive of Ritman Nigeria Ltd, Managing Director, Gracib Investments Ltd, Chairman, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua; Chairman, Nigeria Society Of Engineers, Uyo branch ; Chairman Inyene Obio Community Bank; etc.
His contributions to the society has accorded him awards from institutions and chieftaincy titles from different communities He served in the SENATE of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as Senate Deputy Chief Whip while representing Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District, under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party from 1999- 2003. Presently, he is a member, Board of Trustees, Peoples Democratic Party. His Hobbies include reading, photography and music.

Mrs. Grace Emmanuel Essien, JP, is an accomplished educationist and an experienced livestock farmer. Wife to Senator Emmmanuel Ibok Essien. She holds NCE, from College of Education Adamawa State, B.Sc (Ed.) Home Economics/ Education and M. Ed Educational Management/ Planning from University of Uyo . She is pursuing a Phd in Educational Management and Planning at the University of Uyo at the moment. A Member of the Board of Governors, Lutheran High School, Ikot Ekpene. She had taught in many primary and secondary schools under the State Education Board, Akwa Ibom State.
She is presently the Managing Director of Gracib Investments Limited, Director Ritman Nigeria Limited, and Proprietress, Ritman College and Ritman College Day School, in Ikot Ekpene L.G.A. She has attended courses/ seminars both within and outside Nigeria; one such having been organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Centre for International Agricultural Development Cooperation (CINACO) and the Centre for International Co-operation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MASHAN) of the State of Israel in 1998.

Mr. Goodwin Ime Okpon, a devout Christian and astute administrator of international repute, is a product of; Lutheran High School Obot Idim, Uyo; University of Maiduguri,. Mr. E. J. Essien is the former Deputy Provost of Akwa Ibom State College of Education, Afaha Nsit. He is from Ikot Obong Edong, Ikot Ekpene. He Holds a B. Sc degree in Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, M. Sc (Physical Metallurgy) from the University of Manchester, England and a post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Uyo.
He is a seasoned teacher, whose experience spans through several years.
He has served both as a member and chairman in many Boards/ Committees in the College and outside and has published many articles in journals and books.

Mr. Nsikak Titus Ekure is an indigene of Akwa Ibom State. He attended several universities among them, University of Ife, University of Port Harcourt, University of Calabar and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He holds B.Sc Social Science, NBA Accounting as well as L.LB and B.L degree, and has over 20 years experience in investment and commercial banking. He is an astute banker, a corporate finance specialist, a chartered stockbroker and lawyer.
Mr. Ekure has attended various professional and management training programmes by reputable agencies, including Morgan Guaranty, Frankfurt, IMD, Switzerland, INSEAD, France, etc. Presently, Mr. Ekure is with the Board of Directors of UCAN Property Development Company PLC and also Managing Director and Chief Executive of First Trustees Nigeria Limited, Lagos (wholly owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc).

Professor Patrick Ekong Ebong is a professor of Biochemistry, currently lecturing in the Department of Biochemistry, College of Medical Sciences, University of Calabar. He is from Ikot Okpong, Ibesit in Oruk Anam Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, He holds M.Sc (Biochemistry)from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Ph.D (Endocrinology of Reproduction) from the University of Southampton UK and M.Sc Biochemistry London. He is an experienced lecturer. He is a prolific writer and has numerous articles and books published to his credit.

Prof. Charles M. Ogbodo hails from Enugu State. He holds B.Ed (Hons), M. Ed Educational Administration and Ph.D Educational administration from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State. He is widely experienced in educational matters. Apart from his qualification as a subject matter specialist in educational administration, he has held various other posts, including Acting Head of Department, Curriculum Studies and Educational Management/Planning, University of Uyo; Member University of Uyo Senate, 1992 - 2002; Vice Dean; Faculty of Education, University of Uyo, 2000 - 2002. He also lectured in other Universities and colleges, including Delta State University, Ekpoma and College of Education, Benin City. He is currently an Associate Professor and a senior lecturer with the Department of Curriculum Studies/Education, Management/Planning in the Faculty of Education - University of Uyo, Uyo. He has published several books and articles in journals.

Engr. Sunday Inyang Umoh is an indigene of Akwa Ibom State. An Engineer by profession trained in various schools in London, including the Polytechnic of Central London, London from where he bagged a B.Sc (Hons) in electrical/Electronic Engineering. A Corporate member of the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and member, Nigerian Society of Engineers. Engr. Umoh served with the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Works and Transport, where he rose to the rank of Director, Electrical Engineering Services and had served as member of various technical committees such as

• Provision of infrastructure at the College of Education, Afaha Nsit
• Task Force on the supervision of the Sani Abacha Specialist Hospital Project, now University Teaching Hospital, Uyo
• Special Project Implementation Committee on the extension of electricity to medium density housing estate in 31 Local Government Areas, etc. Engr. Sunday Umoh was the Managing Director of Ritman Nigeria Limited in Ikot Ekpene, from November 2005 - March 2008. He is currently the Managing Director of Dranibs Engineering Nigeria Ltd.
